You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol and it is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK. You are required to verify you are of drinking age in your country or state of residence when entering this website and this also serves as confirmation of your age for placing an order, making a payment and receiving the delivery. If your order is a gift, the recipient must also be aged 18 years or older.
We aim to ensure all prices shown are correct. If an error does occur, we will make every effort to contact you to confirm if you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price.
While every effort is made to supply all items listed on-line, there may be instances where this is not be possible. If this occurs, we will contact you and offer a substitute with the same or greater value.
We reserve the right to withdraw or replace products on-line without notice. Merchandise prices and specifications are also subject to change without notice.

Where your payment is accepted, no contract shall exist until TWISTED ANKLE Brewing Company has dispatched the items to you.
TWISTED ANKLE Brewing Company will not be held responsible for any loss, consequential loss or damage to any individual or business which may have occurred from the use (or misuse) of any product or any information contained in this website.
Payment
Payment can only be made using credit/debit cards through our secure website.
Card payments are made through a secure server. TWISTED ANKLE Brewing Company does not store your financial details and your personal details are not passed to any third party. Payment will be taken at the time of ordering.
Delivery
We always aim to deliver your order promptly but cannot accept liability for delay.
Deliveries must be received by a person of 18 years or older. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.
In Scotland, the “Challenge 25” policy applies, which means that anyone who appears to be under the age of 25 may be requested to present government issued or approved forms of photo ID by the delivery driver. Failure to show acceptable photo ID will result in the delivery not being completed.
Any costs associated with such a failed delivery will be borne by the recipient.
It is the responsibility of the customer to report goods damaged in transit. We shall not be liable to pay any compensation to you other than to offer a refund.
Customers accept responsibility for the safe storage and use of the products upon receipt. TWISTED ANKLE Brewing Company will not be liable for damage caused by customer mishandling.
Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
